Shari joined the Falcon Valley team as a receptionist for the animal hospital in January 2022, transitioning over to the Canine Club when it opened in May. She has a journalism degree from the University of Kansas and after an extensive career in marketing, decided to switch gears and follow her passion for animals. After co-owning Pet Wants Olathe for almost 5 years, she and her business partner decided to sell the business and Shari decided that she had found her "happy place" in working with animals. She spent time as a professional pet sitter and gained her Fear Free Certification and First Aid training before joining Falcon Valley. An avid sports fan, Shari enjoys watching KU basketball AND football, the KC Chiefs, the KC Royals and Sporting KC, spending time with friends and family and caring for her fur babies, Guinness and Sophie.

Sarah came on board May 2022, when the Canine Club first opened. She is a French Bulldog lover as she has 5 of her own. She loves all the smooshed face dogs. She also has a love for the Pittie’s, she rescued one 7 years ago. She loves learning about all things related to the dogs and cats that come through the door of Canine Club. She will lend a helping hand wherever needed. In her free time she loves to go off-roading with her husband in their Jeeps or spend time with their 4 sons.

Annie has been working with animals all her life. She started her grooming career in 2005 & joined the Falcon Valley team July 2008. Annie enjoys making pets feel & look better after a fresh bath & haircut. She has a wide range of knowledge of breed specific cuts & she can help keep your pet looking it’s best. As the longest member of our team, Annie is essential to keeping things running smoothly. She spends her free time with family & friends, traveling, & spoiling her miniature long haired dachshund, Daisy, dachshund/min pin, Jack Jack, pointer mix, Howard Wolowitz, & dachshund/beagle, Dunkel.

Xander joined the Canine Club in December 2023. Having a passion for all animals, Xander has been working with dogs since 2020. He spent three years working with big cats in Arkansas but has grown to love the smaller variety. Xander has two cats, Osha and Artemis.

Megan has been with Canine Club since March 2021. She loves working with animals and when she is not with dogs she enjoys working with horses and competing. Megan graduated from Olathe Northwest High School in 2019 and has since been attending Johnson County Community College. In her spare time, Megan enjoys photography, movies, music, and spending time with her cat, Ivy and her Maltese, Lexi.

Tabitha joined the team in July 2023. She has a love for animals and wants to learn more about them every day. Currently enrolled at Olathe East, she enjoys being outdoors, working with animals and photography.

Bridgette joined the team in July 2023. She has a passion for working with animals, and really enjoys fostering. She feels good about knowing that she is helping to put a roof over a foster’s head and care that every animal is safe and comfortable, whether in boarding or even in her own home. Currently enrolled at Olathe North, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, going on road trips and experiencing new things.

Caroline joined the Canine Club in September 2023. She has been working with dogs since 2020 and enjoys making sure all animals are happy, healthy and comfortable. She is currently enrolled at Johnson County Community College working toward a degree in Liberal Sciences and plans to further her education after completing her time at JCCC.

Bree joined the team in August 2023. She has previous experience working with animals and loves spending time with the dogs. She is currently attending Johnson County Community College and in her free time she enjoys baking and cuddles with her cats.

Kerri joined the Canine Club in November 2023 after a long career in telecom. Wanting to follow her passion of working with animals she has found a perfect home caring for all of the Canine “Clubbers.” She and her husband have four kids and 6 grandkids. They love to spend time with the kiddos, at the beach and cheering for KU and the Chiefs.

Brooke is the newest member of our Canine Club team. After 35 years as an insurance underwriter in Denver, she and her husband relocated to the Kansas City area. She has loved dogs for her entire life and felt it was time to pursue that passion. She has been working with dogs since 2018 and has never been happier. She and her husband are avid sports fans and also love spending time with their Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix, Nitro.

I joined Canine club in August 2024. I was born and raised in Nocona, Texas where I graduated high school. I moved to Olathe, Kansas with my boyfriend in May 2024. I have always had a passion for animals and I've always wanted to take care of them because they take care of me, too! Being around animals makes me feel happy and loved. I took a veterinary medicine class in high school and earned my Elanco Veterinary Medical Applications Certification with Veterinary Assistance experience. I love God, spending time with the family, watching the KC Chiefs, photography, baking, and going on walks with my lovely dog, Lunaberry!
